About Moira

Moira Bailey is a native of New Zealand but has lived and worked in the UK for a number of years. Moira Bailey Associates was set up to bring Moira's unique style of coaching support to professionals and executives in the UK and international markets.

Having worked in a number of sales, marketing and managerial roles in high profile organizations Moira has first hand experience of the kind of challenges, pressures and opportunities facing senior executives on a day-to-day basis.

As a coach Moira has worked with individuals as diverse as small business owners, senior professionals in professional services firms, job applicants, as well as 40 women entrepreneurs going through the process of launching their own business.

Moira has over a decade's experience of professional and business coaching. With clients she draws on training from Neuro-linguistic Programming, Results Coaching, and Landmark Education Corporation, as well as experience of Tony Buzan's mind mapping and Anthony Robbin's Unleashing the Power Within.

During her career Moira has also:
Designed and delivered 40 bespoke workshops on personal effectiveness for University of Westminster Law School to support non-traditional students.

Designed and delivered bespoke workshops including 'Effective Office & Time Management'.

Designed and lead workshops and 1:1 career coaching for women returners for a social enterprise project supported by the London Development Agency and European Social Fund.Managed up to thirty coaches for a global education corporation's New Zealand Leadership programme. Head coach for over 3 ½ years with over 200 participants in total.
